Our Staff — Skip McDonald

     Skip McDonald is a Registered Nurse working with Nurses Christian Fellowship in the Southeast. Skip received her BSN in nursing at Valdosta State College. She also received her ThB (Bachelors in Theology).

     Spring 2008, Skip attended the National Student Nurses Association Convention in Grapevine, TX where she conducted a workshop on "Footprints to Spiritual Care".

     Skip has published three articles with the Journal of Christian Nursing: "Moving Beyond Burnout" and "Spiritual Care: How the Christian Community Cared for Mama," and "So, What is Mentoring?" She's written "The Garden of My Heart,"  "Christ, My Life:  The Great Exchange" and "Christian Survival Guide to Nursing School." She has also written "And She Lived Happily Ever After" released March 2005 by InterVarsity Press.

     Through Nurses Christian Fellowship, Skip serves students, nurses and nurse educators in Georgia. Skip is a Christian who is devoted to bringing honor and glory to Jesus Christ.

     Skip resides in Kennesaw, Georgia.
